The fishing areas around Tynset offer great fishing experiences. There are many fish species distributed in lakes, ponds, streams and rivers. Here is something for everyone. Opportunities for mountain fishing combined with hiking. Fly fishing in lakes and streams. A number of spots suitable for family fishing, these areas are easily accessible and provide grood opportunities for fishing. Other areas can offer challenging fishing for bigger fish.

You can purchase a community license that applies to all areas.

Season: nok 500
Season for family: nok 600 *

(*season for family: family with up to two children between 16 - 28 years, children under 16 fish for free)

Licenses can also be purchased by SMS (see postings in fishing areas) or at local outlets (including Tynset Alvdal Sport, Tynset Camping)
